Our Truffles

Hidden Harvest is currently focused on the Périgord black truffle, which has been successfully cultivated in more northern climates. It is a rounded gem, shaped by its underground environment.

With a surface ranging from dark brown to black with polygonal textures, this truffle’s flesh is dark with intricate white veins. It has long been considered on of the most fragrant truffles, with a unique and powerful earthy aroma reminiscent of a blend of nuts, earth and garlic.
