As with all naturally grown seasonal produce, Mother Nature decides the exact timing each year.

Here in the Okanagan, the Périgord truffle season runs mid-November to mid-April. Truffle hunts take place each week, with any truffle harvest available to chefs and restaurants on our waiting list. At this time, we are accepting orders from chefs and restaurants in the Okanagan.
